Santa is coming to St Mary Cray on a festive double-decker bus next week as Nugent shopping park launches a free family event.
Families are invited to join in the festive fun on Thursday and Friday, December 21 and 22 between 10am and 6pm,where they’ll be able to visit Santa’s grotto on wheels and create their own postcard in the Christmas craft workshop, before getting a selfie with the man himself.
Families will also be able to enjoy a range of seasonal treats from food stalls including crepes, waffles and German sausages.
Tina Powley, centre manager at Nugent, said: “This year Santa has swapped his sleigh for some wheels, and we can’t wait to see the look on our shoppers’ faces when they see our big red bus parked up.
“While on board, our team of little helpers will be encouraging children to decorate their postcards which they can either take them home or give to Santa to take back to the North Pole.
“Christmas is all about spending time with the your nearest and dearest, so we’re pleased to be offering all the family the chance to enjoy a range of free, creative festive activities.”
