XFor Local Authority Support, the enforcement company used by Bromley Council to hand out littering fines has gone into administration.

Since last summer its wardens have been handing out penalties totalling £1,000 a day and despite taking £45 from every fine issued, the company entered administration on March 12 and have now been acquired by Kingdom Security.

Bromley Council say there will be no disruption to the service and enforcement will continue in the usual way.
