Elderly driver dies after suffering cardiac arrest in Bromley

An elderly man died after crashing his car into a post at Bromley Civic Centre following a heart attack this morning.

Emergency were called to Bromley Civic Centre, off Rochester Avenue, at 9.30am where they attempted to resuscitate the 80-year-old.

After extensive efforts, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
