Eight-year-old boy suffers head injuries in St Mary Cray crash

An eight-year-old boy was taken to hospital with head injuries after a crash in St Mary Cray yesterday.

Police and the London Ambulance Service were called to Robin Hood Green at 6pm after a collision between a child riding a bike and a Nissan Micra car.

The boy, whose injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing, was taken by air ambulance to the Royal London Hospital.

No arrests have been made.
