A DAD is planning the trip of a lifetime after winning a £2,000 holiday in a prize draw at his favourite pub.

Insurance worker, Gary Webb, 53, a regular at The Queen's Head, in Green Street Green, Orpington was thrilled when he found out he'd won a competition he'd forgotten he'd entered in August. He said: "I'm absolutely thrilled. When I entered I never thought I'd win and had forgotten all about it, so it was a fantastic surprise. My wife and I are already planning where we want to go and the kids are so excited." Manager of the Queens Head, Kerry Burke, said: "We often run prize draws and fundraising events but the holiday vouchers were an amazing prize so we were really pleased to find out one of our guests had won.

"Gary is one of our regulars and I'm sure he and his wife will have an amazing holiday. He's spoilt for choice on where to go and the team are looking forward to seeing the photos when he gets back.
