Dog attacks 80-year-old man and officers in Orpington

Police were called to an incident in Orpington, Bromley yesterday (Wednesday June 13) to reports of a dog attack on a man in his 80s.
At 2.24pm, police were informed of the incident, where a dog reportedly attacked a man and another dog in Dyke Drive.
The victim and two officers suffered injuries and a taser was deployed on the attacking dog.
The elderly man and officers were taken to hospital and their conditions are not thought to be life threatening.
The other dog also had minor injuries.
The dog who attacked has been safely contained and is being taken to a vets.
No arrests have been made and enquiries continue.
