Delays still reported on Southeastern line after man dies at Hither Green station

Delays of up to 30 minutes are still being reported on Southeastern services after a man died at Hither Green station on Wednesday morning.

All lines have since reopened following the incident, which happened at around 7.15am and is not being treated as suspicious.

Major disruption was reported across a number of Southeastern train lines including Grove Park, Paddock Wood, Sidcup and Woolwich.

Southeastern have said residual disruption is expected to last until 4.30pm.

Until 4.30pm, passengers are able to use their Southeastern tickets on London buses between London Bridge, Dartford and Orpington, as well as underground trains between Southeastern terminals and high speed services between Ashford International and London St Pancras International.
