Presenter, fundraiser and fitness guru Davina McCall has added another string to her bow and written her first ever cookbook.

A self-confessed ‘chocaholic’, Ms McCall has written Davina’s Five Weeks to Sugar-Free to document how she managed to banish sugar from her life, as well as offering readers sumptuous tips and recipe ideas.

And fans will have a chance to meet the star, as she will be signing copies of her book at W H Smith, Bromley, on January 17 from 2pm onwards.

Known for her down to earth nature and quirky presenting style, Ms McCall has become one of Britain’s most recognisable faces since hitting TV screens in 1992.

Her health conscious attitude has become famous thanks to her range of fitness DVDs, and she inspired the nation to donate to Sport Relief last year when she ran, swam and cycled 500 miles in 7 days

Davina’s Five Weeks to Sugar-Free will be published as a trade paperback for £16.99 and it will be available from January 15.
