An inquest date has been set to investigate the death of Bromley man Karlos Josiah, who died last month on the M4 motorway.
The 23-year-old was found just off the carriageway at around 1pm on January 23 between junctions five and six.
Mr Josiah was found in his black Renault Clio and was confirmed dead at the scene of the collision in which his vehicle was the only car involved.
He was reported missing to Bromley police after he failed to arrive in Bromley in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The inquest into Mr Josiah’s death will be held at Windsor Guildhall on May 20.
