Three young males have been arrested by police

Three youths have been arrested after a pizza delivery driver was robbed at knifepoint.

The robbery took place after a fake delivery order was placed for pizza and two bottles of soft drink for delivery to Penge Lane on October 14. As the driver walked back to his moped after finding the order was fake, he was approached by three young men. They threatened him with a knife and robbed him of the pizza and drinks.

Police who responded to the call spotted the youths nearby with the stolen pizza and drinks. After a short chase on foot, they captured the men and arrested them.

The three males, who are all 17-years-old, remain in custody at a south London police station. The delivery driver, a 47-year-old, was unharmed during the robbery.
