Local people invited to give their views

Bromley Council are currently consulting on changes to their allocation scheme and would welcome local views on the proposals.

Each year over a thousand households apply to the council to be included onto the housing register. The allocation scheme provides the framework detailing who can and cannot be included on the housing register and how social housing is allocated via the council.

The council are currently consulting on proposed changes to their allocation scheme.

There is an online survey running until January 11 (see the council’s website).

The council have said that all responses will be considered and recorded, and they will publish a summary of the consultation responses along with an Equality Impact Assessment and final allocation scheme document before March 31.
