Violent drunken brawls and damaged vehicles has led Bromley Council to review the licence of Chislehurst nightclub, Glam.

Incidents include violence involving 40 people as well as a woman being punched several times in the face.

Following a meeting with licencee, Adrian Pollock, in October, Bromley police’s licensing officer, Jonathan Booth, wrote to him detailing a catalogue of criminal activity, stating: “The common thread running through these incidents of violence and disorder, as discussed, is drunkenness.

“I do not need to remind you that Bromley borough police will consider all options available to them if the violence continues.”

The Times was unable to contact Mr Pollock for comment. The licence review will take place at the Civic Centre on Monday at 10am.
