A footie fan followed in the steps of his heroes when he walked onto the pitch of his favourite club.

Youngster Josh Dorling from Repton Road, Orpington, got the chance to tread the
hallowed turf at the home of Chelsea FC after winning a competition.

Josh, 10, was joined by friends Teddy Nunn, Ryan Gallifant and Frank Arnold at Stamford Bridge, where they had a tour of the stadium and spent time in the press room before being taken by luxury coach to the club’s training headquarters in Cobham, Surrey, where they took part in a training session with Chelsea’s top coaches.

His mother Natalie said: “The boys had such an incredible time. They enjoyed the whole experience — the stadium tour was wonderful and they loved playing at the training ground. It’s something they’ll never forget.”
