The charity is looking to secure backing through the Avivca Community Fund

A local charity is appealing to members of the public to help it to win funds to support children who are exposed to domestic abuse.

Bromley and Croydon Women’s Aid is hoping to secure funding of up to £10,000 the Aviva Community Fund 2016, with the money being used to set up a programme in local schools.

The initiative will address safe relationships in a child-friendly way with the help of games and a workbook.

Votes need to be cast by November 18 at the Aviva Community Fund website:
