SCHOOL pupils became hydro engineers for the day when they took part in a water challenge workshop.

The Engineering students from Langley Park School for Boys, in South Eden Park Road, Beckenham, and Bromley College, in Rookery Lane, Bromley, completed the second annual Thames Water Challenge on Tuesday.

The pupils turned the main hall at the Bromley Education Development Centre into a water pipeline and pumping station as part of the challenge.

The special event was run in conjunction with Bromley Business Education Partnership.
