Amy Carlin, of Bromley, needs your vote to reach the final 10 of Miss London City

A Bromley woman has reached the penultimate stage of the Miss London City beauty pageant and will now rely on public votes to make the final.

Amy Carlin, 23, of Glassmill Lane, is one of 17 semi-finalists that will be whittled down to 10 for the final at Cafe de Paris, in London.

She must now get through a gruelling bootcamp on April 3 where all the women will be given training on catwalks, choreography, hair, make-up and interviewing skills.

Amy said: “Bootcamp is a day spent with industry experts who help you master your catwalk and confidence in front of the crowd.

“I’m really excited to have made the semi-finals and I’m just hoping I get to the final now.”

The winner of Miss London City will be put forward for a place to compete nationally in the Miss England competition.
