A cannabis factory capable of producing £300,000 worth of drugs a year in a Bromley townhouse has been closed down.

Bromley Police entered the three-storey building, in Ullswater Close, yesterday (Wednesday) morning and found four bedrooms converted to grow the Class B drug.

Around 100 fully grown cannabis plants were recovered from one of the rooms, with a further 200 freshly harvested plants found in separate rooms. A fourth room had been converted into a drying room.

No arrests have been made to date.
