An international health expert has joined forces with physiotherapists to encourage people to incorporate simple exercises into their day.

Jessie Pavelka, of Sky TV’s Fat: The Fight of my Life, and physiotherapists from BMI The Sloane Hospital are supporting the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy’s Workout@Work campaign.

The campaign aims to get people to move more at work and exercises consist of stretching, toning and cardio.

Jessie said: “I want employees and employers to move more in the workplace. There is a wall that’s built up that leads us to believe we can’t move at work, but that’s not the case. We need to find those pockets of time where we can take care of ourselves.”
