Anna Williamson now heads to Splash! after her stint as Cinders

After seven weeks and 63 shows the cast of Bromley’s panto Cinderella hung up their wigs and stockings on Sunday.

More than 36,000 people flooded through the doors of The Churchill Theatre, in Bromley High Street, to see Daybreaks Anna Williamson and ex-Eastender Matt Lapinskas star as Cinders and her Prince Charming.

Taking to Twitter on Sunday morning, lead star Matt said: “Last two shows @The_Churchill what a blast, thanks to all the amazing cast it’s been a pleasure working with you all!”

His co-star Anna will now dive head first, quite literally, into her next project as she takes to the pool as part of Tom Daley’s Splash! on ITV this weekend.

She will be hoping to join Diversity dancer Perri Kiely and presenter Michaela Strachan in the next round of the show as she takes on Boyzone’s Keith Duffy, singer Toyah Wilcox and former rugby player Martin Offiah.

Though panto season has just finished, The Churchill have already announced that their next effort will be Sleeping Beauty later this year. The cast is expected to be announced soon, but tickets are already on sale from £15.
