Bromley High's sixth formers took a turn on the catwalk for charity.

Sixth-formers at Bromley High in Blackbrook Lane, Bickley, shimmied down the catwalk for the school’s fashion show last week.

The show was organised by lower sixth girls, giving them a chance to develop their team working and communication skills while showing a creative side. Around £700 was raised for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

Organisers Rose Howell, Emma Herring and Caitlin Westgate said: “We would also like to thank many girls backstage organising the models, cueing the music and operating the lights.

“Additionally, there are girls who helped make the amazing tickets and help promote the event. Moreover, the refreshments were provided by the girls who are going on World Challenge to Ethiopia to raise extra money for the children in Ethiopia.”
