It will be at Intu shopping centre

Breast cancer patients from across Bromley will be starring in a fashion show at Bromley’s Intu shopping centre.

Patients will be modelling the latest winter wear on October 4, with support from their friends and family.

Sam Crinnion, a trustee of The South East London Breast Cancer Trust (SELBCT) says “This is a very important event on our charity calendar. It is an opportunity for patients to look and feel good following such traumatic treatment and surgery and for raising awareness of the impact of the disease on patients, their family and friends.”

SELBCT has raised over £40,000, money that has gone to improving treatment and support for patients, as well as purchasing a Lymph Node Analyser for the Princess Royal Hospital in 2010.

Tickets for the event can be bought from the Intu help desk.
