Biggin Hill Airport staff scoop award

Staff at Biggin Hill Airport are celebrating winning a top customer service award.
Workers scooped fifth place in a list of 395 similar airports across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
The annual rankings are published in the February edition of European Business Aircraft News and were based on surveys from 6,000 readers.
Airport Managing Director, Jenny Munro, said: “Members of the team demonstrate commitment by going the extra mile for our customers every day, and this accolade reflects our values of professionalism and customer care.”
