A BARBERSHOP choir turned a rehearsal into a charity coffee evening last Thursday raising £355.

Bromley group the Kentones hosted a fun-filled coffee evening for the MacMillan Cancer Care charity where the audience were invited to join the Barbershop group in a vocal warm up.

The programme featured the Kentones and two of their quartets, Voice Male and Southern Brand and two ladies quartets Hunky Dory and Out Of The Blue.

The evening ended with all performers on stage singing the traditional last two songs Let's Get Together Again and Keep The Whole World Singing.
