Work is expected to start after the evening traffic peak

Repair works starting in Locksbottom tonight are expected to cause morning rush hour problems on Friday.

Thames Water will be working on a burst water main in Crofton Road, near the junction with Glyndebourne Park after the evening traffic peak.

Temporary traffic lights will be controlling motorists driving through the area beyond the morning rush hour.

A spokesperson from Bromley council said: “It is not yet known how long these repairs might take and further information will follow when available.”
