45-year-old from Bromley jailed after driving having never passed a test

A 45-year-old Bromley man has been jailed after persistently driving despite never having passed a driving test.

Adrian MacFarlane, of Hayes Lane, pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance at Bromley Magistrates Court on March 15 and was jailed for 12 weeks.

He was initially arrested after being caught driving in Bickley in April 2012 and was given a 150 hour community order by Magistrates.

On February 15, officers stopped MacFarlane in Croydon Road, West Wickham.
