A Bromley councillor has resigned, causing a by-election on May 3, the same day as the London Assembly and mayoral elections.

Diana MacMull, a Conservative member for Bromley Town ward, is resigned because of personal commitments.

Anyone wishing to stand as a candidate should deliver a nomination form to the Returning Officer by 12pm on April 4.
