Piano prodigies will take to the stage next month as Bromley Youth Music Trust presents a masterclass and recital.

Mikhail Kazakevich, Professor of piano at the Trinity College of Music, London, will deliver the tutorials which aim to encourage and teach musicians to progress.

His hour session will be followed by a recital featuring youngster Lou Warnett, who began playing at the age of four and had already reached Grade 8 by the time he was 10.

Lou recently became Sevenoaks Young Musician of the Year and was also selected to play at the Royal Fesitval Hall alongside Lang Lang.

He will be joined in Bromley by Jane Wisely, who started playing the instrument at the age of seven in her native America.

The music takes place on June 22 at the Bromley Youth Music Trust Concert Hall, in Southborough Lane, from 2pm.

Tickets for the masterclass and recital are priced at £15, or £10 for a single event.
