Joe Longthorne to play Bromley’s Churchill Theatre this Saturday

From northern working men’s clubs to sold out Las Vegas hotels, singer Joe Longthorne rose to the very top.
He’s now bringing his platinum back catalogue to Bromley’s Churchill Theatre for an evening of classics, crooning and even the odd impersonation on Saturday.
Longthorne got his big break in 1981 when he was a finalist on London Weekend Television’s Search for a Star, leading to appearances at the London Palladium alongside Bob Hope.
Television specials in the UK and USA followed, as did three platinum selling albums, including The Joe Longthorne Songbook, Especially For You and The Joe Longthorne Christmas Album.
Audiences can expect hits such as If I Never Sing Another Song, So Deep Is The Night and You’re My World.
The 58-year-old will take to the stage, at the Bromley High Street theatre, from 7.30pm. Tickets cost £24.40, visit atgtickets.com.
