A NEW production company was due to unveil its new amphitheatre set with their patron satirical cartoonist Ralph Steadman at Leeds Castle yesterday.

A NEW production company was due to unveil its new amphitheatre set with their patron satirical cartoonist Ralph Steadman at Leeds Castle yesterday.

At their launch party, Ellen Kent & Ampitheatre Productions were to unveil their new set, designed by Will Bowen, which is due to be used for their production of Carmen next month.

The production will take in various Kent venues, including The Orchard, Dartford, Tunbridge Wells Assembly Halls, Canterbury Marlowe Theatre and Leeds Castle from August 30.

Due to be at the launch party was a professional brass band, a sensational Iberian horse from Tanya Larrigan Equestrian Promotions and international flamenco dancer Sam Quy, as seen at the Royal Opera House, along with guitano player Fernando de Sevilla, who all take part in the production of Carmen at Leeds Castle.
