The Rocky Horror Show rolls into Bromley on 40th anniversary tour

The Rocky Horror Show will celebrate its 40th anniversary with a year-long UK tour that stops in Bromley next month.
Richard O’Brien’s creation first appeared at the Royal Court Theatre, in London, in 1973 and has since been translated into more than 20 languages for performances in more than 30 countries.
Directed by Christopher Luscombe, the show tells the story of how Brad and fiancée, Janet, meet Dr Frank ‘n’ Furter when their car breaks down outside his house.
Former Strictly Come Dancing finalist, Dani Harmer, will star alongside Ex-EastEnders actor Sam Attwater when the production reaches Bromley’s Churchill Theatre.
The show features famous numbers such as Science Fiction, Dammit Janet and, perhaps most notable of all, The Time-Warp that have been performed over the years by the likes of Russell Crowe, Tim Curry and Meatloaf.
It runs at The Churchill Theatre from May 27 to June 1, with a total of eight shows.
