The music of bearded rock gods ZZ Top comes to Chislehurst this month in the form of the self-professed world’s greatest tribute act.

ZZ Tops, Billy Bigguns and Col Gray, will bring a Texan twang to The Beaverwood Club, in Beaverwood Road, on August 29 at 7.30pm.

The pair will churn out hits such as Gimme All Your Lovin’, Sharp Dressed Man, Legs and Blue Jean Blues as part of an act that has been praised as “the closest I’ve ever seen”, by the real ZZ Top’s frontman, Billy Gibbons.

Chislehurst will be one of their final solo gigs before joining AC/DC tribute For Those About To Rock for a UK tour from September.

Equipped with trademark hats, sunglasses and even the long, grey beards, ZZ Tops will leave ears ringing with fuzzy guitars and pounding drums all cranked up firmly to 11.

Tickets cost £10 in advance, or £12 on the door. Visit
