A gourmet street food stall is coming to Bromley Charter Market, and giving locals the chance to vote for what they’d like on the menu.
Bromley foodie and budding chef, Clint Davies, 35, of Cambridge Road, will be serving up his home made Bromley Bad Boy Burger to the market visitors from August 25.
Mr Davies gave up his day job in the city four months ago to pursue his dream of starting his street food company, Knowing Meat Knowing You.
After months of research, taste testing and product sourcing, Mr Davies is now ready to launch the first of his line of meaty lunches - Bromley Bad Boy Burger.
The bad boy is comprised of a British beef patty encrusted with mustard, and topped with Applewood smoked cheddar, crispy bacon, pickles, fresh lettuce, home-pickled red onion, chipotle mayo and ketchup. All served in a brioche bun.
He will be using locally sourced ingredients, and working closely with Andrews of Bromley butchers.
Knowing Meat Knowing You staff will be handing out flyers in the town centre over the next couple of weeks for an introductory offer of £6 for a burger and soft drink.
Flyers will give people the opportunity to vote for the next dish on the menu.
