Muse, Elton John and Dizzee Rascal have recorded songs for the Olympic Games.
They are among six artists who have recorded for Rock the Games, a music and entertainment programme for the Olympics.
As part of Rock the Games, Scissor Sisters, Rizzle Kicks and Soft Focus will be performing live at sporting events.
The London Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) also announced today that Olympians and celebrities including Helen Mirren and Ricky Gervais have recorded messages for the Games, which will be played in the lead-up to events.
LOCOG has also created video guides to sports and will be offering spectators the chance to buy live commentary for events they are watching. Live commentary will be in 12 venues and will cost £10.
Presenters including Ben Shepherd and Gethin Jones will also present interviews at events in Olympic venues.
The Rocky Horror Show will celebrate its 40th anniversary with a year-long UK tour that stops in Bromley next month.
