One woman was arrested as police shut down a cannabis farm in St Mary Cray this morning (Thursday, February 9)

Officers executed a search warrant under section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act at the property in Chalk Pit Avenue at around 7.30am.

An adult female was arrested on suspicion of cultivation of cannabis and an immigration offence. She remains in police custody.

Enquiries are still ongoing.
