The new store is based on Bromley High Street

More than a dozen local people have been employed after a new store opened in Bromley.

Bromley High Street welcomed Deichmann shoes, which opened today.

The new shop has created 15 permanent jobs for the local area, including two supervisor positions as well as shop floor and cashier roles.

Store manager Richard McKenzie said: “We’re really excited to have opened our doors in Bromley and are thrilled to have been able to help create some new local jobs.

“We’re looking forward to getting to know all the local shoppers and hopefully becoming a well-loved fixture on the high street.”
