Orpington retirement home blocked by Bromley Council

Plans for an Orpington retirement home were scuppered by Bromley Council last week after a number of concerns, including parking, were raised by residents.

Churchill Retirement Living had hoped to demolish a High Street building to make way for 50 sheltered apartments.
