As the year draws to a close, many people are reflecting on how they might better themselves in 2018.

Of the more than 2,000 British adults surveyed by healthcare provider Bupa in 2015, 38per cent said they would select losing weight or exercising more as their New Year resolution.

Eating more healthily came a close second at 30pc.

Only one in eight British adults managed to successfully keep a resolution in 2014 and, for those who fell short, the most common reasons were a lack of commitment and a loss of motivation.

What do you say to the tradition of New Year’s resolutions?

Will 2018 usher in the era of a whole new you?

Do you plan to kick a bad habit, be it cigarettes or social media?

Or do you want to develop a better one, such as healthy eating and regular exercise?

Having a brand new kitchen is something that lots of people want but can only dream of. Sadly keeping up to date and making our living spaces as nice as they can be is a costly and incredibly stressful business. Even a fresh coat of paint makes all the difference but isn’t easy or quick.

Who wouldn’t love the chance to go on a shopping spree. Imagine being able to walk into a shop and choose whatever your heart desires without having to worry about how much it costs.
