The woman’s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening

A man has been arrested after police discovered a woman with stab wounds at a house in Orpington.

Officers arrived at the scene at a residential address on Ravenscourt Road, at 2.54pm, May 17.

A woman was suffering from a stab injury and has since been taken to a south London hospital where she remains in a stable condition.

Her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

A man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing grevious bodily harm.

The incident is being treated as domestic-related, and a spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police has stated “enquiries into this incident are ongoing.”
