AN ECO advice day is due to be held tomorrow to give holidaymakers environmentally friendly travel tips.

The Maplin electronic store in High Street, Bromley, will host the event as part of Solar Week from 9am to 6pm.

It will encourage travellers to think about the planet when getting away from it all and to do their little bit for the environment.

Marketing Director, David O'Reilly, said: "We hope we will provide the perfect platform to give shoppers the information, tips and guidance on the latest solar technology and prove that going green when travelling needn't be a chore.
