Following its eviction from clothing banks in the borough, disability charity Scope is appealing to the community for much-needed stock.
The High Street store has undergone a major revamp over the last 10 weeks and reopened last Saturday, just one month after the organisation lost the right to collect textile donations on Bromley Council owned land.
Despite public support and a petition, Scope was banned from 34 textile banks in June, when the council handed the sites over to waste giant Veolia.
The council will now receive a profit from the sale of any textiles collected.
