Retired Orpington businessman Christopher Tappin will be extradited to the United States next Friday (February 24), his lawyer has confirmed.
Mr Tappin, 65, who lives in Farnborough Park, Orpington, has been asked to attend Heathrow police station when US marshals will escort him in custody to America, his lawyer Karen Todner said.
He is accused of conspiring to sell components for Iranian missiles.
Mr Tappin failed in a last-ditch plea to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) to block extradition earlier this week.
