For every bag of clothes donated via the NSPCC’s partner Clothes Aid, Bromley’s BHS store will give shoppers a £5 voucher. The children’s charity will receive £300 for every tonne of clothing.
Residents should fill a large bag with unwanted clothes, shoes, belts and bags, and call Clothes Aid’s helpline on 08450 722 780 to arrange a collection time.
BBC Radio DJ Chris Evans flew into Biggin Hill Air Field today in a Lancaster Bomber to mark the 70th anniversary of the Dambusters raid.
