Bromley police have released the photo of a man who they would like to identify in connection with a bike theft.

They believe he entered the Giant Bicycles Store in Westmoreland Road, Bromley and asked to take a cycle for a test drive on February 4.
He produced a police warrant card in the name of David Lanning as proof of identity. The bike, which was never returned, was a Giant TCR Advanced SL 3, size M, Frame No.GK1C384.
The warrant card was stolen in 2004 from a gym on Hillingdon borough. The same man is suspected of committing a number of similar offences across the Home Counties .
Anyone with any information should contact Bromley Police’s CID on 020 8284 8859 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
For a brief moment it looked like it might be third time lucky for the Queen's visit to Bromley.
