This week’s Help a Pet appeal is seeking homes for a pair of kittens and an unwanted cat in Bexley, Bromley or Gravesend.

Brother and sister tabby kittens Jolene and Kenny are 10 weeks old.

Their fosterer Teresa Bloomfield said: “These cute and adorable kittens need a home where they will grow up together.

“Their mother was rescued as a pregnant stray and gave birth to them and another girl, Dolly, at our sanctuary. Dolly has been found a home with an unrelated kitten, so now it is the turn of Kenny and Jolene to start to a new life.

“They are vaccinated and microchipped, but will have to be neutered when they are six months old and will have to be kept indoors until then. We are seeking a home without young children.”

Gypsy was among a number of cats and kittens rescued when their owner could no longer cope with her cats and their numerous unplanned litters. Gypsy, whose pregnant days are over, has since been neutered.

She is a small and petite cat with large eyes, and is around 2-3 years old.

If you can offer a home to either pair call Teresa 01634 271456 or 07743 331397.

Anim-Mates is an animal rescue group based in north-west Kent and south-east London. All the animals are cared for in the homes of fosterers who treat them as their own pets until they are rehomed. All new homes are vetted. Anim-Mates is run entirely by volunteers.
