The newspaper was re-launched in July 2012 after we listened to the needs and aspirations of our readers and advertisers. This saw us refocus the news content and repurpose the advertisements in a compact, bright and breezy. Features highlight positive things going on in and around the borough and we invite the views of our readers throughout the newspaper.

We continue to bring our readers breaking stories via the website, while inviting debate and opinion through comments and polls.
