Millwall star Jack Smith has signed a one-year extension with the club, keeping him at The Den until 2014.

The defender was a regular last season and finished last season at right back.

“It was nice for the gaffer to offer me a new deal,” Smith told the club’s official website.

“It was a much more enjoyable season for me last year because I was playing more.

“I am delighted to have signed a 12-month extension to my contract and look forward to building on our positive end to last season when the new one starts in August.”
