Crystal Palace star Darren Ambrose has urged highly-rated forward Wilfried Zaha to remain at the Eagles.

Bolton had a bid for the 19-year-old turned down and Zaha had been linked with a move to Premier League giants, Manchester United, Liverpool and Newcastle.

“He’s a fantastic prospect who does something special which you don’t see players do, especially in this division.

“Wilfried has a really bright future ahead of him but he is not the finished product.

“It wouldn’t do him any harm to develop his game more at Palace.

“He’s still learning and hopefully he can complete his education with us.”

Zaha has scored five goals in 34 appearances.
