Bradley Pritchard wants to be involved for the Addicks

Charlton midfielder Bradley Pritchard will do everything he can to impress manager Chris Powell.

The former Hayes and Yeading man was played on the right hand side in their 2-1 win over Fulham and he was pleased with his performance against the Whites.

“Wherever I play it is a case of trying to impress and trying to show that I want to be involved come the start of the season, whether it’s on the left or the right, I just want to be involved.

“Even in a friendly it’s good to pit our wits against this opposition, and we thought last time in the cup game we were actually hard done by, so something like this was our way to put things right.

“After the first five minutes we were thinking it could be a repeat [of last season’s FA Cup game], but we dug in well.

“The good thing was that we took our chances and you could see we could create more.”
