AUDITIONS for a new game show are set to take place in a search for families willing to go head to head for pots of cash.

Stars of ITV, Ant and Dec are back with a new series, Ant and Dec's Push The Button, due to be aired early next year.

Families will take part in a series of fun studio games, where the only way to stop their money from slipping away is to "push the button".

A spokesman for ITV said: "We will be touring the country over the coming weeks looking for the nation's most outgoing and competitive families. If this sounds like you then get in touch now for your chance to audition."

Families wishing to apply as a team can be a mixture of both immediate and extended family, but teams must consist of five members in total. Each team must include at least two adult family members, and the youngest participant must be 15 or older.
